EFAPCO organizes the following events on a regular basis:

-General  Assembly (GA): It is obligatory for full EFAPCO members to attend  It is held once a year, usually in January. The GA circulates around the member countries. The choice of destination and venue are subject to Board aproval. Destinations interested in hosting the General Assembly should contact the Secretariat for the Bid Manual.
 
-Congress: It is held every two years, usually at the same time as the GA.
 
Other EFAPCO events include regular Board Meetings (at least four in each year) again circulating across member countries.
 
EFAPCO also organises educational seminars, press conferences, presentations, meetings with industry colleagues, and social networking events. 
 
EFAPCO is present at Europe’s major meetings industry trade shows. 
 
The Federation also takes part in local industry events, when invited.  To invite Federation members to a local event, please contact the Secretariat.
